When it comes to Chinese, I always prefer Checkers!! More preferably Checkers VCA. It was my first time after the lockdown at this place. Earlier I used to visit it more often. They have changed the decor and ambience of the restaurant but the sitting arrangement is almost like earlier. We had ordered Chilly Garlic Noodles, Veg Schezwan Rice and Paneer Manchurian. Noodles and Manchurian were almost tasting the same as they used to taste before lockdown. But I felt a change (minute) in the taste of Rice. It was not cooked thoroughly. Quantity was also the same as it used to be before Covid-19 times. No compromise in it at all. Staff was also convincing and helpful. Orders came early which I always appreciate in every restaurant. Overall I felt like home for Chinese after visiting so many Chinese restaurants in Pune City! Nagpur's Checkers is way more better for Chinese. I'll surely recommend this place.
