We visited here with family with around 15 members couple of years back, it was good experience and we had positive feedback about this restaurant since then, however we recently visited and our experience is worst this time, we returned without having food here, due to un interested behavior of staff, it was a weekday and restaurant was partially occupied, they alloted us a table in the corner which we felt not having proper ventilation also previous guests also left that place while we entering, might be due to same reason, we have asked if there is another table, but the manager said no, even not looking at us while talking, he was un interested or not sure what was the issue with him, this situation could be avoided by just politely replying us or to to check if they can arrange another table by joining tables or asking us to wait for sometime, but he was only standing looking at other side as no one is there. we were having good impression about this restaurant since many years but now very disappointed. I rarely write negative reviews but this time I feel it's necessary, they should provide proper training to their staff, some basic hospitality as no one is visiting here to have food for free. we know because of one person all staff members may get in trouble but we hope this should not be the case as all are doing their best. with the proper way this problem can be resolved, I hope someone will understand this and hopefully resolve this problem asap....

I recently visited Ganesh Sagar restaurant and I must say it was an experience I’d rather not repeat. From the moment we entered, the staff's behavior was shockingly unwelcoming. The waiters seemed disinterested in serving customers and were outright rude when addressed. Instead of making us feel at ease, they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by being there.

Things took a turn for the worse when I raised a complaint about one of the faulty celing fan. Instead of acknowledging the issue and attempting to resolve it, the staff started arguing with me, as if it was my fault. This unnecessary confrontation completely ruined the dining experience.

As for the food, the taste was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the price. For the amount they charge, you’d expect much better quality and flavor. It’s disappointing that the restaurant’s only redeeming feature is its ambience. While the decor and atmosphere are pleasant, they’re not nearly enough to make up for the poor service.
