I had an absolutely delightful experience at Chandni Chowk Hotel in Nainital. Having tried numerous restaurants in the area, I must say that their breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings were truly exceptional and went above and beyond my expectations. The combination of outstanding food, reasonable pricing, and a welcoming staff created an atmosphere of true culinary delight. The staff's friendliness and efficient service added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience.

A highlight that stood out for me was their delectable jalebi and Kulhad Milk. The flavors were simply irresistible, leaving me craving for more. This establishment managed to capture not only the essence of delicious food but also the mood-enhancing ambiance, creating a holistic and satisfying experience that will remain memorable. Chandni Chowk Hotel is undoubtedly a gem in Nainital's dining scene, and I can't wait to return for another...

Awesome ambience, smoothing old songs in the background and cozy atmosphere. But still there are things which need to be improved like menu prices and service.

I had breakfast, lunch and dinner also here in my two visits to Nainital. Food used to be good in taste when I visited in 2023. But in 2025, I feel the taste is degrading. Masala dosa and sambhar we ordered were not fresh and the chutney had no taste. That's why I can see no crowd here. One group I saw sitting behind us were here to get shelter due to rain outside. I saw some people fighting with management for high prices of tea. Overall, I can say the food is good, no doubt, but not something to boast about. There are other restaurants on the mall road serving better vegetarian dishes. I chose this one earlier as it was nearby...

While our stay at Nainital, we had our breakfasts and dinners here. The quality of food, quantity of food and their hygiene standards are great. They're at Mall road, right at the beginning, one doesn't have to hunt for this place as it's quite prominent.

Don't forget to taste the milk, jalebi preparations. They're just out of this world. For the amount they charge, the quantity they serve is truly amazing. Each preparation is bound to satiate at least 2 people.

The people who served us were really nice and warm to us. The ambience of this restaurant is very old Delhi-ish, very friendly and warm.

Overall, this is a must visit place if you're planning to go to Nainital or are already there!
