FRIENDS Bistro — Restaurant in Nashik

Do staffs of Friends Bistro always behave this rudely or is it just me with a bad experience?

Years back, I went to this café along with my friends in the evening. There was a foreigner inside the café doing some work, he was taking random pictures of the guests present there including us with his DSLR. I curiously went to him to enquire whether if he is shooting a documentary for Nashik, he was a very jolly guy, he said he is doing it for the memories. We had some random chat for couple of minutes and then he gave his business card with his Instagram ID to stay in touch with him. I asked whether I could take a picture of him while he was working, and he willingly agreed. I waited for for him to actually start doing something on his laptop, so I could take a candid, and after some time, I took his picture while he was working, and right then a staff from the cafe showed up and was quite rude to me, he asked me to delete the picture I took of that guy and also warned me to not to take another photograph of him, like in a very derogatory way. I kept my calm and did what he said, I thought it was against the cafe rule or something, but when I followed the foreigner on Instagram, after a couple of days he uploaded a video of us on his Instagram page. I never visited that café again, but also I never stopped any of my friends from going to that café cause it happened just with me, the only reason I am writing this is to let café staff know that they should try to behave with all the guests equally. I know it doesn't matter if you lose a Customer, but yet I felt like...

They've tried to give the café a hint of the "Central Perk" in FRIENDS which was the reason I was attracted towards it. Going there was a little disappointing as the orientation was disturbed. It definitely had the correct furniture but the arrangement never made it look like Central Perk. Another thing that was missing was the crockery. They should've used the cups and plates similar to the ones used in Central Perk as it would've added to the feeling of being in there. Apart from the furniture I could find nothing related to the Friends theme. The staff was not very friendly which is quite opposite to the theme. They should definitely consider employing someone who looks like Gunther. Hahaha... About the food, it was delicious. Their brownies are to die for. I would suggest if you're considering to visit this place, then please try their brownies. 😀

Friends Bistro boasts a charming and comfortable ambiance, creating an atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The service is commendable, and the food is delectable, maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

I ordered the Milanese pasta, which tasted pleasant, yet the accompanying toasts fell short of expectations. To my disappointment, the dish lacked authenticity and failed to include Parmesan cheese, a crucial ingredient. Instead, it presented an unanticipated twist to the classic Milanese pasta, which left me yearning for a more authentic rendition.
