Terrible Experience – Not Worth It Anymore

I went to this place a few days ago to get a pizza since they used to serve nice and affordable pizzas. But this time, it was a complete disaster.

First of all, they took way too long to prepare the pizza. I had clearly asked for it to be packed, as I didn’t plan to eat there, but they forgot and made it for dine-in. I also specifically told them to add extra chili flakes sachets—they forgot that too. The pizza crust was burnt, and to make things worse, they didn’t even wrap the pizza box in plastic like they usually do. I had to remind them about that.

I asked for their veg cheese pizza, which was supposed to be ₹100, but they charged me ₹110 for no reason. On top of all that, the staff was inattentive and not even listening properly.

Overall, worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’m definitely not going there again. That street is full of better food joints—you’ll find way better options and...

The localites often compare their burgers to a well known dish called Vada Pav. But without a doubt their burgers are different than a Vada pav. The burgers bring out the taste of wada pav with the crisp and delicious taste of western burger brought forth by a grill. That's why you would often find lot many people here. It's fast food and hence there is no seating available here. You need to order, wait for your order and once your oder comes, take it away and eat it at your own leasure.
