Apsara Ice Creams — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I'm usually a BR person, but for a change, I decided to visit this outlet. The moment I entered, there was a strong, unpleasant floral smelI I assumed it would fade, but unfortunately, it didn’t. After placing my order, I noticed a humidifier was the source of the scent. Oh god, why did I even order? The fragrance was a cheap floral-fruity type, similar to generic cough syrup. The entire experience felt like a punishment.

As someone who eats ice cream slowly, the smell gave me a headache. I would strongly suggest the store manager visit the Panvel Apsara outlet — it's far better in terms of hygiene,...

The ice creams are lovely and amazing...but the ambience the place stinks terribly...beautifully done decor and ambience but no hygiene maintained...love the ice cream there but don't feel like eating the minute you enter the place....ac is switched off when there are no customers and if you walk in at that time the ac is then switched on....the whole environment is terrible then....not recommended for...

Went to apsara at 12:45midnight 19th march 2024 to find very unprofessional boy managing the store busy talking to his mistress or someone.
