Bites & Brew The Fusion Café — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

One of the Most Beautiful Cafes which are quite healthy on the budget as well. Me and My friends total 7 people visited this place for my Birthday treat. The Ambience is really beautiful, the food was good, not the best taste, could be better but decent overall. Mocktails were a lil strong I felt but it's taste was good tho. We ordered 2 mocktails, 1 chicken crispy, 1 peri peri fries, 1 veg hakka noodles, 1 chicken hakka noodles, 1 chicken combination rice, 2 plates chicken wings, 1 chicken sizzler And it costed me 1765 rupees which I felt was really decent. The sizzler was a bit tasteless tho, it had almost no salt in it and the baby corn were a bit undercooked in it too. Except for Sizzler, I liked everything. It had some games over the tables to play such as jenga, Uno, etc. which really made the get together with friends funny and memorable. Overall Great experience would recommend & visit again sometime soon!

Visited the café on Sunday, 14th September 2025, and had a very disappointing experience.

The ambience was poor and hygiene standards were clearly lacking—there was visible waste on the floor, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Alfredo Pasta, and when I requested oregano and chilli flakes, I was handed bottles that were in terrible condition—the seasonings were stuck to the bottom, clearly old or not maintained.

The menu cards were also in bad shape, poorly kept and unclean, which was off-putting. To top it off, the service was extremely slow and unresponsive. After finishing my meal, I had to wait over 10 minutes for the bill, and eventually had to walk up to the counter myself just to pay.

This place seriously needs to work on its hygiene,service, and overall customer experience. Not recommended based...
