After waiting in drive-thru for 10 minutes, I get my food and the order is messed up. I ordered a fish sandwich with cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle and when I opened it it had male tomato. I gave it back to him. The girl gave me a slice of cheese and a container. I was extremely upset so I gave her back the food and I ask for full refund. The guy came over to the window and handed me my money and say, "You have a good night."

After waiting in drive-thru for 10 minutes, I get my food and the order is messed up. I ordered a fish sandwich with cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle and when I opened it it had male tomato. I gave it back to him. The girl gave me a slice of cheese and a container. I was extremely upset so I gave her back the food and I ask for full refund. After hearing about your promotion of going to McDonald's and letting you know our location we completed our portion went to Burger King on Cassopolis St to be told "we aren't taking any orders. We only have 2 people here". So I said... "Why don't you turn off your light then?" The reply was "it's company policy. We can't turn off the light". BUT YOU CAN REFUSE TO TAKE AN ORDER? How does that policy work? We have been to this location many times, but no more. By leaving the light on you are shooting yourself in the foot as how many more people take their time and choose to patronize your restaurant to get...

I am referring here the outles that is situated in food court. They are literally cheaters. They together run scam to upsell shakes. They are always pretend to run out of cold drinks which is part of any meal. In such scenario, you have to pay more to get shakes/ coffee or just get fries and burger (loose drink money as they don't have way to deduct that in no cold drink is being served.) I have experienced this 2/3 times. So last time I checked with one of their employee before standing in que(2 ppl in que). One I reached to counter and asked for meal, the lady attending counter said that they don't have cold drink. I surprised and asked I just confirmed with one of your employee and he said it's available. They she continued with asking updating to shakes by paying 80 rupees extra. I was suspicious so asked that fellow to come over counter and then lady made weird face and said they have coke. Upon speaking with manager, seemed that he was reluctant to address my concerns.
So conclusion is these whole outlet runs scam to make more money. Usually they have less crowd compare to McDonald's and KFC so this outlet becomes choice of ppl....

Visited Burger King inside Seawoods Grand Central Mall and had a good experience. The outlet is located in the food court and is easy to find. Tried the usual Whopper and Crispy Veg Burger, and both were fresh, juicy, and well-prepared.
One thing that really stood out this time was the Mango Shake – it was thick, chilled, and had a rich mango flavor. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for something refreshing along with your meal.
The place was clean and had enough seating available. Staff were quick and polite, and we didn’t have to wait long for our order even though it was slightly crowded.
Also tried their fries and cold coffee – both were decent. Good combo options available if you’re dining as a group or with family.
