China Bistro is located in Belapur and it is on the main road hence easy to find. Apart from this they have multiple outlets in the city.

The restaurant is divided into two dining space first being the ground floor section which is less of a space however seating done in a very systematic manner and the 1st floor is spacious with seatings for different size of groups along with a nice looking huge bar. I personally loved the use of light colours with art resembling Japan use as wallpapers. Loved the ceiling lights and the now Christmas decor is done nicely. Overall loved the vibe and ambiance of the restaurant.

They specialise in Asian cuisine and hence you will find dishes from various parts of Asia. Japanese, Chinese, Thai are some of the options you get and the menu provides perfect option for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Prices are at par with similar type of brand and the quantity served is satisfying. Apart from a la carte they have multiple options like set menu and dimsum bao menu which can be tried by paying lesser.

I went here for the Dim Sum & Bao Buns festival which was indeed a treat for a dim sum lover like me. Loved the menu with veg, chicken and sea food options. All the dishes were served piping hot and the kitchen service was spot on. Thanks to staff Nilamani who was polite and attentive and he knew the menu well.

What We Had - APPETIZERS~ Dimsums - Thai Lotus Root. Tofu Water Chestnut & Parsnip. Prawns & Chicken. Chicken with Sriracha Blush. Curry Flavoured Chicken. Kai Chi. Presentation with finesse is the key here as the thin outer covering should be without tear and the filling should be generous so on both the terms the chef nailed every dimsum which was served. Loved the taste and the combination of the ingredients in all the variants. Being veg, chicken or prawns every dimsum tasted heavenly and eating them with the sauce which were fragrant chilli, peeper, chilli vinegar just made the eating experience a memorable one.

Bao - Grilled Artichoke. Savoury Chicken. Loved their baos as it was soft and not too heavy for the appetite. The grilled artichoke had a sauce similar to kung pao as it was little sweet and little spicy so that was good to eat however the savoury chicken was too dry and eating it made our jaws hurt.

MAINS~ Edamame Garlic Fried Rice (Chicken) - Truffle oil being the star here. Perfectly used with good amount of aroma and taste. This fried rice tasted delicious. Loved every grain of it as it had loads of veggies, chicken and egg. The taste of fried garlic among with truffle oil was simply outstanding.

DESSERT~ Star Anise Cheesecake - A unique and tasty fusion of star anise with New York cheesecake tasted great. Loved the creaminess and the chocolate ganache on the side was divine. I am not a compote fan and here they use passionfruit which surprisingly tastes good. So a must try here for a different dessert experience.

MOCKTAILS~ Vietnamese Punch. Blue Heart. Both the mocktails looked stunning and tasted the best. Loved the presentation and the unique flavours.
