Chirag Next Restaurant and Bar Sanpada — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I am posting this review as of Dussehra, October 12, 2024.

This Bar & Restaurant is located outside of Sanpada Railway Station Complex building, near to Sanpada Sion-Panvel Highway & Flyover.

I have visited this Bar & Restaurant 4-5 times.

This place is having both AC and Non AC seating arrangement. AC (Air Condition)

I had ordered Beer full bottle, some roasted Papad, sometimes masala Papad , even had Dinner also.

The food, alcohol and waiter service, all are fantastic and great value for money.

You can even have food parcel takeaway.

Although at the time of writing this review, the Staff informed me that they DON'T provide Chapaati or Roti, instead they provide Naan.

Food is both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian.

You can take your time to sit and finish the food, no rushing expected.

You can also come with your Girlfriend, all your Female friends, Female colleagues also.

However, I have visited this place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, after 6 PM in evening till 10 or 11 PM in Night, this place is jam-packed, fully crowded by Male customers or on Friday & Saturday evening by Office Employee groups.

Lastly, now comes the Hard part, the Cost or the Price.

Let me be very honest, frank and open minded, at the current price inflation and Govt Taxes, I have spend minimum Rupees Rs. 300 - 500 per visit.

Waiter and Security guard tip is upto you, but I paid Rs. 100 per person, (100 + 100) = 200 extra.

Tipping is NOT a culture, here in India, but as a matter of respect & courtesy, I ALWAYS pay Tip.

You should NOT forget, if you happen to visit any of the Dance Bars or Ladies Bar or Orchestra Bars, anywhere in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Panvel or anywhere in Dombivli, Kalyan, Ulhasnagar or Bandra, Worli, Andheri, Bombay Central, Chembur, Kurla, Vasai-Virar or upto Nalasopara, ..etc, the minimum Tip for each Waiter is Rs 200 - 500 per visit and another extra minimum Rs. 200 - 500 for every single Security guard or Bouncer.

I have also visited some of the 3 Star, 5 Star Luxury Hotels in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, the above mentioned Tip remains almost the same.

Note:

What I came to know from these Waiters, that they DON'T get regular Salary, instead they work on monetary Tips received from Customers, which can be as low as Rs 10 - 20, to Rs 100 only, from each Table or Customer.

Some customers even refuse to pay these Tips, for which NOT much can be done by these Waiters.

My personal opinion is that, we as Customers, should pay some minimum amount of Tip, as it helps to earn a Livelyhood or Source of Income to the Families of these Waiters and Security guards or Bouncer.

Very nice place for partying with friends in less budget. We ordered nonveg platter where you will get 6 types of chicken items along with prawns and enough for 4 people.
