Hotel Apple Inn — Hotel in Navi Mumbai

Pathetic Hotel.. don’t go on the reviews given here probably all are from bachelors or fake. The staff is extremely rude & loud.. the night receptionist Salim was very arrogant & had no sense for speaking to women. They do ask for a marriage registration certificate but even after you saw them all valid documentation they treat you like cheap couple. The receptionist stopped us from going to the room in the middle of the night when we returned from a family function. The room was way smaller than expected. Room service was poor, asked for two spoons and two plates but received only one set after waiting for 20 min. When we called the receptionist Salim again in the morning & ordered Vada Sambar for breakfast he rudely said he can't arrange the same as it is only available for guest who have breakfast rate included in package! It was the worst hotel we have stay so far.. will never recommend it to any...

One of the worst experience s I ever had. I reached the hotel at 3pm but still my room was not ready wherein it was suppose to be ready at 12.I had booked the hotel via. OYO. Saw a few couples waiting at the reception with their babies in their hand and even their rooms were not ready. So finally checked in after some time and ordered some food forwhich was bad. You have to pay them only by cash as they do not accept card ot paytm or Google Pay had to run in the hot temperature to find a ATM nearby to withdraw cash. I booked this hoted through OYO, 1-OYO team Said this is only 3 KM distance from Surat Railway Station, While this is 14 KM from Surat Railway Station. 2-I cleared OYO TEAM to Book for total 4 Adult and 3 Kids, While in booking confirmation showing only 4 Adult. When talked with Hotel staff he said we will only serve whatever we received confirmation else extra Charge. 3-After Booking done with OYO, i talked with hotel Staff - he was not ready to share the photos of the hotel + Distance from Surat Any how talked with 2 Staff of hotel then got to know its 14 KM from Surat Railway Station.
