Garam Masala in Airoli boldly promises the "Best Seafood and North Indian," a declaration that demands scrutiny. After a recent visit, I can say that while they might not be the absolute best in every category, they certainly deliver a commendable and enjoyable dining experience. First Impressions: The restaurant boasts a bustling ambiance, often packed, which speaks to its popularity. The decor is pleasant, a blend of traditional Indian elements with a modern touch. Service is generally attentive, although during peak hours, you might need to be a little patient. Seafood Sizzle: Let's start with seafood, one of their key selling points. We tried the Surmai Tawa Fry and the PrawnKoliwada. The Surmai was cooked perfectly, retaining its moisture and offering a delightful crispy crust. The marinade was flavorful, with a hint of tamarind that complemented the fish beautifully. The Prawn Koliwada, a classic Maharashtrapreparation, was equally impressive. The prawns were succulent, and the batter was crisp and spicy, a true testament to authentic flavors. While the menu offers a wide variety of seafood options, these two dishes were definite standouts. North Indian Nirvana (Almost): Moving onto North Indian fare, we opted for the Butter Chicken, the Dal Makhani, and some garlic Naan. The Butter Chicken was rich and creamy, with a subtle sweetness that is characteristic of the dish. However, it lacked a certain depth of smoky flavor that distinguishes truly exceptional Butter Chicken. The Dal Makhani, on the other hand, was divine. Slow-cooked and velvety smooth, it had a pronounced buttery flavor and a hint of smokiness that elevated it to another level. Paired with the perfectly charred and garlicky naan, it was a comforting and satisfying combination. Garam Masala Spice: As the name suggests, spices are at the heart of their cuisine. The food has noticeable warmth without being overwhelmingly spicy, catering to a broad range of palates. However, those seeking a truly fiery experience might need to request their dishes be made "spicier." Value for money: Garam Masala offers good value for money. Portions are generous, and the pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality of ingredients and the skill in preparation. Final Verdict: Garam Masala delivers a solid and enjoyable dining experience. While the Butter Chicken could use a minor tweak, the seafood preparations and the Dal Makhani were genuinely outstanding. Its bustling atmosphere, attentive service, and reasonable prices make it a popular choice for families and friends alike. Will I revisit? Absolutely. It's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal, and I'm eager to explore more of their diverse menu. Recommendations: Must try: Surmai Tawa Fry, Prawns Koliwada, Dal Makhani, Garlic Naan Consider: Exploring regional seafood specials. Note: It can get crowded, especially on weekends. Consider making a reservation.

So ,one of my unforgettable visit here few days back.Airoli public are so lucky as they have Garam Masala in their city.( We have it in kitchen 😉😊) I had try 4 dishes here and all 4 are just awesome.first ,they maintain their standards while welcoming guests and serving their n foods .so u feel at start that u will be experience something great here. 1st i ordered Dum Lamb Kabab- As we got this on my table i found its covered with Atta which they use for making Dum.when he opened it ..OMG 🤗🤗 each piece of kabab are fully loaded with cheese...and its almost boiling under this kabab. When i took 1st bite of this. 1st time ever i experienced meat with unbelievable cheese flavour.. just loved this combo... 2nd order,Chicken tawa masala- If u love some Malawani kind of food u will must try this. Its a boneless chicken piecess shallow fry with typical malwani masala. But this flavours lot much great.perfect balance of everything . 3rd order,White tandoori- Normally we ate tandoor.so u can think here also u will find something like other resto serve u.but wait fellows... this White tandoori is something very special as i m suggested them as u can made this dish as your Trademark dish . So when that tandoori comes ..we surprised ,as tandoori itself submerged under lots of mozzarella cheese.. all white buety ..😊😊.i think ,that chicken piece is almost have auto melt mode .as we actuly not even required to chew theses piecess ... Tooo soft ,too creamy, tooo yummyyy. Never tried before such a great taste.. Really.. Overall a big thums up too Garam Masala and their service.... I m booked this place in my all time favourite resto.booklist.

I recently visited Garam Masala restaurant, and I must say, the ambience was fantastic. For starters, we tried the Chicken Banjara Kebab (350 INR), and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor—definitely a dish I would recommend. For the main course, we ordered the Surmai Thali (450 INR). The Surmai was deep-fried (note: they don't serve Tawa fry for fish). The thali included chicken stock soup, curry, egg curry, Solkadhi, papad, and bhakri. It was a satisfying and well-rounded meal. I also tried the Prawns Thali (450 INR), and while the prawns were good, I felt they could have used a bit more spice to enhance the flavor. The sides were similar to those in the Surmai thali. We also ordered Butter Chicken (350 INR) and two Tandoori Rotis (30 INR each). The Butter Chicken was on the sweeter side, so I personally wouldn't recommend it if you prefer a more savory taste. It's worth noting that there was an additional 50 INR charge on each dish for dining in the AC section, which brought our total bill to 1757 INR, or about 586 INR per person. Overall, my experience at Garam Masala was positive. With its great food and pleasant atmosphere, it's definitely a place I'd recommend for lunch or dinner.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the extremely unhygienic 🤬conditions my family and I experienced during our recent dinner visit to Garam Masala Airoli on 18th July around 10 pm.

While we were having dinner, we were appalled to find a large rat 🐀 on our table. To make matters worse, there was a big 🪳 🪳cockroach on one of the cushions. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and alarming, especially for a restaurant associated with a reputed brand like Garam Masala Airoli navi Mumbai .

Such incidents raise serious concerns about the overall hygiene and cleanliness of your establishment, including the kitchen, where our food is prepared. This experience has left us questioning the safety and standards maintained by your restaurant.

We chose Garam Masala expecting a high level of service and quality, but this experience has unfortunately tarnished our perception. I urge you to address this issue immediately and take necessary actions to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

I will have no option but to share this incident on social media to inform others about the hygiene issues in this restaurant.

I look forward to your prompt response and assurance that measures will be taken to rectify these serious...
