Mast Mast Malwani — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

One of the worst experience I had in my 15 years of eating food from restaurants. The owner is arrogant and when you try to explain him the issues, he back answers to you rudely in a non acceptable manner.

I had ordered their so called chicken special thali and pomfret fry.

Their so called special chicken thali had a small portion of chicken gravy (literally 4 pieces of chicken), curry (which didn’t had chicken and had one egg in it so ideally it was a egg curry), 2 cold bhakri, one small portion of oily jeera rice. It felt like we ate leftover food and to warn you they can put up left over prawns pieces in your chicken thali which was a complete joke. This thali costed Rs.300 which literally had nothing! No sol kadi, No chicken curry is provided in their thali. The chicken thali was not even worth Rs.100.

The pomfret fry was okayish in taste. But Rs. 300 for those 2 small pieces was meaningless.

I called up the restaurant and told them the above issues with the order. However instead of discussing the issue calmly, the restaurant owner was arrogant and was back answering instead of understanding the issue. They think that in year 2021 they can talk to customer like anything. Out of all the restaurants in my life, I have never witnessed a situation like this. We here think of supporting our local restaurants however what we get in return is such kind of rowdy behaviour.

I am never ordering from this place again. The food quality is not great and it doesn’t taste like Malvani food. Highly inflated prices. Also the rowdy nature of the restaurant people. I will be reporting this situation officially.

So today I took my wife and son to this hotel, wanted to visit malvan katta in Vikroli LBS, but due to lack of time we visited this one.

Ordered Poplate thali as surmai was finished and fried prawns They served food which was cold and was made in the morning or yesterday. Food taste was so pathetic that if we would starved that would have been greater then this by spending Rs840.

The guy who was at the counter and same guy was serving food was looking kind of bhai who had left bhaigiri and started this hotel business, by looking at his vahiyaad face only customer will not complaint about his vahiyaad food.

I can clearly see from his eyes that he is only interested in customer's money and not interested in running the business.

I will request everyone please visit this place once so that you will never ever in your life would consider this mavali's hotel.

Worst part is in his vahiyaad hotel, my king chatrapati shivaji Maharaj's photo is there. Not sure from when these sort of looters started worshipping such an almighty king.

My humble request for this mafia hotel owner is he should shutdown his hotel and should start extortion, kidnapping, stealing etc. atleast that would be honest business he would do to...

We ordered Chicken, Mutton and fish thali and starter Fish fries

The cost of chicken thali is too costly 340 Rs and thali was not that up to the price offered, same for Mutton and fish thali

The fish fries cost was 450 Rupees and hardly 8-9 small pieces were served which was overfried and burned which resulted no taste at all

Service is too poor as we waited for 45 minutes for our order to come and order was not served with all items together and we had to shout to manager/waiter for missing items

I don't recommend to visit but again for fish items this place is below average and be aware on the cost of...
