So this restaurant is located in Airoli just at the main road itself near the Airoli-Mulund Bridge. Very conveniently located and easy to navigate. 📍 🗺️ We visited this restaurant on the weekend, Sunday to be precise, somewhere around 9-9:30 in the morning. None other shops or snack places were open at that time near the vicinity of the restaurant. Being new to the area we could not figure out a breakfast point. However I saw people having tea ☕ outside this restaurant so I decided to go and check ✅ So the owner of the restaurant said they did open now only so most of the items on the menu were not available. They only had a South Indian menu available and nothing else. We managed to order masala dosa (obviously the preparation of South Indian dishes like chutney, aloo stuffing and sambar were prepared the night before). The taste of dosa was average but the only flaw was that the dosa was not hot enough. We also ordered 🍵 tea, coffee ☕ and along with it I wanted to try Kanda bhajji. I will only recommend chai here if you are planning to visit the place early in the 🌅 morning only if no new place for chai be found nearby. We also ordered Kanda Bhajji, however, the owner said preparation of Kanda Bhajji will take time as a fresh batch of the day to be made. However we insisted to him that we are fine with the delay in preparation of food. The taste of Kanda 🧅 bhajji was below average and not at all good, salt 🧂 was missing in it and it was served with sauce so that made it more uninteresting for me.
I feel that the hospitality was really 👍 good, the owner was taking care of everything in his control so that we like this place, this shows the kind of service he was willing to provide and he is providing at that place.
The service experience was good but we were too early to visit this place thus could not...

I visited The Great Saiba Hotel at Airoli last night with my wife, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We arrived at around 10:50 PM, and despite ordering promptly, we were not served any food even by 11:30 PM.
When I politely asked for vinegar to go with the Chinese food, the staff's attitude was completely unprofessional and negative. To make matters worse, the manager at the billing counter was equally rude and dismissive.
For a place that charges a premium, the lack of basic customer service and respect is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend visiting this restaurant. It was a horrible experience, and I will...
Read moreSaibaa Veg treat is located on Mulund Airoli Road in Airoli. This restaurant is pure veg and located on main road. Other nearby restaurants were non veg or bar ones so we stopped here. You will get car parking in service lane.
We ordered Veg Handi, Dal fry with Chapati and Masala papad. Staff were attentive but food service was really slowly. Veg Handi was lil spicy for us rest taste and quantity was fine. Masala papad had cold toppings. They informed us that dal fry will take time so we started our lunch but they served dal fry after finishing our lunch. So yes food service badly need to improve.
Taste was okay. Owner and server were courteous and polite....
