As there is no option to give feedback on the restaurant app, I am writing here. This was my first delivery order.
Following was disappointing:
Very late delivery, 1 hour 15 mins to reach me after raising order on app. As per the app timelines, the pizza was ready within 15 mins, but was send to me 1 hour late. That means my food was sitting in the restaurant for 1 hour. No option in the app to track order after the food is marked ready.
Resulting in cold pizza received.
Pizza base was hard, thin like biscuit. I did not order thin base. My special paneer pizza had very small and very few paneer cubes.
Taste was not to the standards laid by bigger brands in India. Even the base had some typical unwanted taste.
Garlic bread sticks were very dry and wasn't so good in taste.
I ordered cheese dip, but received dip with garlic and herbs. I didn't like the taste. I wanted plain cheese dip.

Wanted to see a good Indian option to American brands, but I was highly disappointed.

I was in Santacruz and bimistakenly order done at Nerul after the order confirmation within a second I tried to call the Nerul branch for the cancellation of order but the call was not connecting till I tried after that Santacruz branch men arrange a number for Nerul and called and informed to cancel the order but after knowing all situations they didn't cancel the order and told that money will refund but they didn't cancel the order and I have paid double for the single pizza I need a refund and the person has blocked my number...
I am very much disturbed and disappointed by both Santacruz and Nerul branch The was very worst experience at la pianoz. The app needs to be developed as we are unable to cancel the order as no option was there to cancel the order. Read moreI have been to this place at Nerul with my family multipletimes. But when we visited this place recently i was disappointed very much. We ordered 1 Cheesy-7 pizza and 1 Mexican Salsa (both full size). Specific instructions were given for avoiding Mushrooms. We got our order within few minutes. At once we were delighted for such a quick service. But when we took first bite of Cheesy-7 we were disappointed as it was stale pizza served to us by reheating... we could make it easily as the feeling of base and toppings were not upto the mark. We enquired with the order counter about this.. they simply denied and assured us that it us freshly made only. When we opened another box of Mexican Salsa one could easily see pieces of lot of Mushrooms in toppings. Though we were given another Mexican pizza as per our order... it clearly shows that they take order with deaf ears and simply heat ready-made bases. Guys please avoid this place as the place was very noisy and commotion made by waiting delivery boys inside...
