McDonald's — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Place is right next to hp petrol station. Lacks air conditioning on 1st floor,but still good to visit in the evenings. The offered displayed are either not served or simply denied dut to lack of ingredients. Restaurant could have been little more spacious. Parking faculty is not available .the vehicle is to be parked along the road side and risk it to be dentures by moving vehicle just near the flyover end.even though security guard is stationed but he cannot do anything about it once the car is hit by any bus or car. The staff is good in the day time but the evening hours could not be able to serve or take orders due to high influx of customers. Hygiene is ok ok 6/10. The staff who takes orders he himself can be seen cleaning tables the job profile should have been defined clearly . And the new mcdvoice survey is made to take forcefully in front of the server's.this is to be done only if the customer has time...

So I’m writing this review because I can’t take it anymore. I’m a delivery person from Shadowfax and I don’t have any problem with the Mac Donald’s but the problem lies with the Management. We delivery guys come from far when we receive the order but the Manager here Ganesh Tujudube cancels the order from us and assign that to other people which is unethical and against the laws as well. This has happened many a times with me and today’s senerio was the worst of all. I was just outside the Mac Donald’s and I received the order as soon as I went to pick that up it was assigned to someone else when I asked the Manager about this he was not even listening to me and didn’t have any proper answer as well. I request the management to look into this matter and so the needful as many will be suffering...

Got order late in morning and when we asked the female staff about it they where just ignoring and simply chit chatting with each other, so careless female staff not at all responsible about their work and just were so busy talking among themselves. Never wanted to visit such outlet where the staff doesn't care about their customers. Such an irresponsible staff. Also the sitting areas weren't cleaned that much. The area wasn't that much hygienic and the house flies where just disturbing so much, they need to improve their service the hygiene to be maintained, need to handle customers, especially the female staff they don't know what to do they just...
