McDonald's — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Really bad service, the staff are all clueless they don’t even know how to handle a customer complain, I took a takeaway from there from which one burger was missing and as it was already packed I myself did not really care to check it once, when i came home and called them to ask about the missing burger they first blamed me for missing out a parcel where as this was false, then said that we will deliver the burger to your hotel room so please share the address, for which i did share them….30min later no reply i called them and the person was like there are no riders available and asked if it is okay to give your burger on your next visit, for which i first declined as i was in the town for only 2 days and i had already paid for it so didnt really want to waste it. Then again after 15 min i called to check as there was no reply and said just leave it ill come the next day. And now this is where it gets interesting!! The person on the other side said fine and later he thought that he cancelled the phone call but was talking to his other co worker in Marathi “marude, yeil boli ti udhya ” and i was flabbergasted at the tone he spoke at as if this was all my fault that i took the parcel without checking. Cooperative Staff, Good Ambience, nice food serving but Improvements Needed with Self-Ordering Kiosk

I recently visited McDonald's Belapur and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff at this location was incredibly cooperative, supportive, and contributed positively to my visit. The restaurant's ambience was also pleasing, and it was conveniently located, making it easily accessible.

However, I encountered with the self-ordering kiosk. While the concept of self-ordering is convenient and time-saving, I experienced difficulties with the printing and payment process. Unfortunately, the kiosk was unable to provide a receipt, and I had to make the payment at the counter, despite using the kiosk for ordering.

Despite this issue, I must reiterate my appreciation for the attentive and supportive staff at McDonald's Belapur. They promptly addressed my concerns and ensured that my overall dining experience remained enjoyable. Their professionalism and helpfulness were commendable and contributed positively to my visit.

18 September 2022. Update: McDonald's seems to have taken a step ahead in the game by what seems to be an all women staff restaurant.

The cleanliness is top-notch with a good seating capacity. There are multiple seating options: with friends, family and colleagues. They have given provision to work from restaurant. It's also a great place to work from. It gives you multiple options on food menu and the ambience is soothing and calm. It is not noisy which makes it a great place to conduct small meetings.

Talking about the staff, they are helpful and the person at counter is sharp and informs and the offers and the best way to order. There is no long queue as there are multiple counters where you can order food. The staff guides you to order from the touch panel, is a seamless process and a good experience. The service was quick and food was as always great.
