Hotel Pub Street Inn — Hotel in Navi Mumbai

Hii everyone, My review is the most important rwview I guess just because I stayed for one month in this hotel as oer my acknowledge this premises is outstanding by some issues are there first of all let's talk about good things i meet 2 guys they are outstanding with there work calm very good as well as they listen properly what we are saying Santosh and paresh thanks for everything for this stay service is good you guys are very calm and good with work.

Now let's talk about disadvantages in this stay I face one issues regarding payment I didn't paid 3 days payment just because of some transections issues but the guy who is in front office is very ridiculous he don't knw the way how to treat guest he was like ki I will take your phone as per my manager order just because yiu haven't paid us I was like I will pay you but they are calling me again and again and behave like i took a loan from them. I don't knw who is the manager but as per front office guy manager is not upto the mark they were like after I paid them they were like you need to cheak out right now just because our hotel is over booking seriously at night when I saw there is only 2 rooms booking including me. But the way the some of the guy in staff it is ridiculous. Last night I ordered food from zomato and when food aarrived there is no one at main entrance even they lock the door. When I went to search the guy who is there on night shift i m unable to find him. At last I have to cancel my order. There are bunch of mosquito and ants in rooms.

I had very bad experience in this last few days they don't listen to us what we want to say. They have there separate rules.

That is the major issues I cheaked out at morning because the service they are providing to the guy who is paying 50k for month is not upto the mark.

I guess everyone knows about it what they have to do.

Ants are on the matters…I found snacks packets in the cupboard ..which they didn’t clean once the previous guest checked out …and the water take handle is broken ……. When I was checking out ..I requested 1 small bottle of water …the receptionist told me that is chargeable …even though I stayed for 6 hours and checked out I paid full tariff..

This is for management..when u investigating please investigate the complain properly…

Justify correctly…don’t creat stories that I was insisting that I will pay less for deluxe room …for you kind...
