McDonald's — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Extremely disappointed with the disorganization of their parking arrangements.

First and foremost, there was a complete lack of clear signage indicating where customers should park. This resulted in numerous cars driving around in circles, with many of us unsure about where we were allowed to leave our vehicles. The few signs that were present were either obscured or placed in confusing locations.

To make matters worse, the parking lot was severely overcrowded, with far too few spaces to accommodate the number of visitors. This created a chaotic environment, as drivers were forced to wait just to find an available spot. During peak times, this issue is exacerbated, leading to even more frustration.

Additionally, the parking lot appeared poorly maintained, with faded lines and unclear markings. It was difficult to navigate, and I witnessed several near-collisions due to the confusing layout and lack of guidance from any parking attendants.

Overall, the disorganized parking situation significantly detracted from my experience at McDonald's. I hope the management addresses these issues by improving signage, expanding the number of parking spaces, and ensuring proper maintenance and organization of the parking area. Until these changes are made, I would recommend considering alternative locations with more efficient parking...

McDonald's outlet opened in April 2018, a more spacious with world class interior and excellent ambience. It is right opposite Rabale railway starion hence it sees more footfalls per day since it has opened. When you are travelling to Navi Mumbai after a long ride it comes at right time when you need a break. It has huge parking area which is well leveled. The building is new but McDonald's outlet shines out of it. It has huge interior space and ambience is nice. The lighting is awesome and sitting is same as we see in other MacDonald outlet. What a lovely ambience this fast food outlet has. Its located opposite rabale railway station on thane-belapur road. Spacious, clean and well maintained by authorities. All safety precautions are taken by the staff. They check temperature & gives sanitize while entering the outlet. Once you left the seat they clean & sanitizatised your table & seats. Staff is friendly and quick in service. They serve your order on your table. Ambience, interior, seating arrangements makes this place so beautiful. Music gives you better feel.
