Mocha Kaffee, Seawoods — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I recently visited this place it was crowded so It got my attention . It was my 1st time to this outlet. I placed my order it was smooth but when I stood there it was worst I saw that the person preparing cold bev frapp didn't rinsed the jar he prepared the shakes in the same jar without rinsing it. It was worst. I know the price is reasonable but you cannot play with our health? Even if we drink a juice at shop and it cost us around 60rs per glass yet the man preparing the juice at the juice center rinse b4 he prepares another one and here ppl r paying 150 200 for frapp. This need to be considered by the higher authority. Taste was good but I rate it 1star bcoz hygiene and Cleanliness is a huge gap here. Worker are more keen in preparing and serving it as soon as they can. Probably bcoz of low staff. Please...

We got veg crunchy burgers and medium fries ... Both were good. The burger was little spicy. Overall good food, great experience, staff behaviour is good, quick service. Updating my review on 03.04.2024 I would request you not to buy chaat from here as the person here doesn't know how to make basic chaat like sev puri we took take away and he is just put puri in foil sprinkled literally sprinkled potato. When asked what he was actually making he was just blank. Staring at us . He actually made sev puri we will start hating , same with bhel as the food is tasteless. Who recruits them???
