Pizza Hut | Kopar Khairane Vashi, Mumbai — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza at your Vashi Road, Koparkhairne outlet on 12/07/2025 at 9:50 PM. Not only was the pizza of poor quality, but the staff also charged extra for cheese without informing me — and the worst part is, no extra cheese was even added.

When questioned, the staff casually said that extra charges are automatically applied to every pizza, which is completely unacceptable. This is unethical and misleading behavior, and I expect the management to take...

Still sitting here from so long because of the unprofessional staff. While we were eating, the staff inside was shouting and talking loudly. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Update: got my change very late but didn’t get my bill. The person who placed my order on the system told us that he will give the change with the bill but he left the place so the one of the female who were shouting earlier gave us the change...

The taste was awesome 😋 but the problem with service, when i visited that time only cash mode payment available no other payment mode available that time...even i saw 8-10 customer return back without placing order due online no card payment. Inside store Ac was not working above the sofa set so i have to ait on chair where Ac is working. Need to improve. Rest taste awesome as PIZZA HUT...
