Pride Kitchen Hyderabadi Biryani — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I am having Biryani's from almost 3 years from this joint. Today I order Biryani where rice n chicken both lost the moisture. I called asked for the reason ? Late delivery or someone order cancelled n dump on me? The staff said I will replace only chicken not rice ? I returned the Biryani not providing manager number nor Owner? They are at top but it will have impact soon. No more Biryani at this joint 🙏

I never asked for replacements, I asked that check with ur owner or chef what is the problem with moisture loss in chicken & rice was dry too? I ate rice as I skipped breakfast & ur staff was saying we cook at 11am? Don't enterpret ur statement & I never asked for favour of replacement ?ur guys came with single piece that too in aluminium polythene ? I said give this sample for taste with ur staff so u can rectiff?
