Seawoods Family Dining & Bar — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Horrible guy sitting at the counter he first and foremost neither understands English or hindi and yells when he makes mistakes in delivering wrong order not even a extra raita is delivered on ordering 1 k plus food ...pathetic guy sitting to take orders he wil send you food of hs choice not of customers order and because of him seawood dining hall reviews are poor and such people are ruining n ruined this place image ..throw this fool out as you guys are loosing all your valuable customers ...we are paying for the food n the way he yells over phone as if it's for free he doesn't speak he barks nonsense....don't order food from this place unless they train their people how to speak... illiterate fools ..biggest problem their ill mannered and yelling manager Rudeness...

Me and my cousins went there at late night. And we were hungry, we were not well dressed. When one of my cousin went to ask for a table. Manager was like we don't have tables here. You need to go up and sit there. And we could clearly see there. Already a family was sitting there who just entered before us. and only one table was occupied rest were available. Manager is not well behaved also they judge us on our appearance.

Instead we went to welcome hotel, near nerul station with the same dress code and we were responded politely by the manager and staff and also the waiters are very humble...

Honestly food is OK.. But when We place order. Man at the counter is completely uncourteous.. He will mention even i have 3 phones to attend.. So whatever msg he gives to other we also need to attend.. And topf of it he raises his volumes. Complete unprofessional approach. Why should customer care about ur 3/4/5/5/7 phones.. U r earning.. Not we.. So stay grounded. Its a service oriented platform.. U cant raise ur voice n speak. Unprofessional people needs to get themselves trained. Team seawoods family dining bar pls take care about...
