Disappointed Every Time – No Waffles, Rude Staff

I’ve given this place more chances than I can count – I’ve been here multiple times, and every single visit has left me frustrated. I originally started coming because I was excited to try their waffles, but not once have they actually been available. Every time, there’s some excuse – “we’re out of batter,” “the machine is broken,” or “waffles are unavailable today” or “wait time is 40 mins”.

To make matters worse, the staff never communicates these things upfront. I usually find out after waiting or asking. On top of that, the service is consistently rude and dismissive. Questions are met with eye rolls, and any attempt to clarify the menu feels like I’m bothering them.

Worst exp ever. We ordered kitkat waffle and chocolate overload, they asked us to wait 20 mins to get the order ready and we were ok with that, but even after 20 mins they provided wrong order so we had to wait another 10 mins for the order. The kitkat waffle was burnt and the chocolate overload was not good as well. If you do not want to serve customers then please close the shop. Not at all customer friendly. the staff behaviour was very rude and the disinterested behaviour to take the order, you are not doing us a favour by serving us. I have been to other Belgian waffles store earlier but this store is pathetic in seawoods grand central. Please hire good staff or atleast train them before they are put up to serve customers. Most hopeless staff possible at a store. Went there yesterday afternoon to order for waffles. A short girl at the counter was busy chatting with her coworkers and not interested in attending customers. Had to ask her to take order which was like an interruption to her. She took the order and I paid for it. She said 10 mins. I came to the counter which was virtually empty and only had Belgian waffle staff chatting and laughing loud. I waited waited and asked again then she quietly handed over the waffle which was ready long time back. I said to her you saw me standing here for 10 mins and inspite of no rush, didn't hand over the ready waffle! She didn't care and was busy chatting again.
