Aangan Reloaded. – When I was at Hyatt last week for the tasting of aangan reloaded, a new pop up by the pool side. (earlier we had latitude 66 here). Read moreThis restaurant is a hidden gem of a place .Set in the majestic gardens of the Hyatt hotel , the venue is absolutely beautiful and the food … Indian themed .. is to die for. We had ordered a variety of dishes .. Mahi Tikka , Murgh Afgaani , Daal with Rice and Onion Kulchaa topped by their dessert .. Jalebi with Rabri . Each dish is better than the next . It is finger licking good and that is not the half of it .. the service is par excellent . Their manager Nirmalaya sets the tone with his attention to detail and a desire to top the bar that is the norm for service at the Hyatt. Special mention should be made of Rachnaa who served us . This is definitely a place I shall be coming back to...
