Anardana is all about Elegant Modern Indian cuisine that is served with an Experience that will surely give you EUPHORIA. The decor that has been aesthetically done with classy Vibes reminds me of the English Fine Dine restaurant that is all set to uplift the Indian Cuisine.
Offering Fusion retro Indian menu highlighting molecular gastronomy at the edge, Anardana is all set to mesmerize your senses, especially your taste buds.
We visited for a late lunch in midweek and it was absolutely packed. We began with sIndian Chaats, Quinoa Golgappe and Jodhpuri Raj Kachori that surely were appetizing and tantalized our taste buds with an outburst of flavors and deliciousness. Using Quinoa and watermelon filling in Golgappe along with spiced chili guava oxide & date chutney was not just innovative, but also a pleasant surprise for the palette to the regular street styled golgappas. The Jodhpuri Raj Kachori was a piece of art and the colorful makeover definitely took the taste to an exuberant level.
The next course of appetizer began with an Interesting Ombre Cocktail called Moonlight Sour that was influenced by the shades of evening sunset. It was magical and the taste was spot on. Paired with a Yam & Mushroom Ki Galouti served on ulta paratha mini they were mouth melting and served with truffle cream and microgreens on a colorful artistic plate with dollops of dips.
The main course started with an assorted Papad basket that just cleaned and uplifted the palette to the most talked about Dish called Royal Kipti Murg. The Tricolour Dish curated thoughtfully represented the Modern Indian touch to the Authentic Makhni dish which has succulent chicken chunks in a rich flavourful gravy made with a blend of spices and hint of mint served in a tricolor way. Paired with Garlic Naan and Mirchi Paratha it was "Dish of the Day" that surely will win anyone's heart and soul. Highly Recommended here.
Coming to the Desserts, you will find many renowned and loved desserts in the menu, but I chose the fanciest one named Mora Berry Hamsani which was no less than a childhood Fairytale. A chocolate tree stood up with candy floss on the top and served on the bed of cake crumble and chana chor brittle with pistachios foam and two generous scoops of Vanilla ice-cream and then served with a Nitrogen induced smokey makeover took us to the a fairytale jungle. I still can't get over the Nostalgic presentation and Taste.

As I stepped into the enchanting ambiance of Anardana at Sangam Courtyard, Delhi, I knew I was in for a treat. The restaurant, boasting both indoor and alfresco dining options, exuded an inviting charm that set the stage for a memorable culinary experience.
To kick off my evening, I opted for two expertly crafted cocktails. The first, a delightful concoction from their Winter Feast menu named "Winter Dose," provided a perfect blend of seasonal flavors that danced on my palate. Following that, the "Moonlight Sour" revealed a refreshing twist, showcasing the mixologist's skill in balancing unique ingredients.
My culinary adventure took an exciting turn when I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Amitabh Kumar. With passion in his eyes, he walked me through the Winter menu, unveiling a world of gastronomic wonders that awaited.
For appetizers, I couldn't resist trying the Matar Ki Kachori with Aloo Rasa from the winter menu. The delicate crunch of the kachori combined with the comforting warmth of the Aloo Rasa created a symphony of flavors that left a lasting impression. To add a touch of nostalgia, I also ordered the Purani Dilli Papdi Chaat from the regular menu, a burst of tangy and spicy goodness that transported me to the bustling streets of Old Delhi.
Moving on to the mains, the Chicken Changezi with Hari Mirch Paratha stole the show. The succulent chicken, bathed in a rich and aromatic gravy, paired flawlessly with the flaky layers of the paratha. Each bite was a revelation of spices and textures, showcasing the culinary prowess of Anardana's kitchen.
Dessert was a sweet symphony that concluded my culinary journey on a high note. The Litchi Ki Tehri and Gajar Halwa Cheese Cake Parfait were divine creations, each spoonful a testament to the chef's artistry in combining traditional flavors with a modern twist.
As I reflected on the evening, it became evident that Anardana is more than just a restaurant; it's a celebration of culinary excellence. The meticulous attention to detail in every dish, the warm hospitality, and the charming ambiance make it a place I am eager to revisit. Anardana at Sangam Courtyard is a gem in Delhi's culinary landscape, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a gastronomic adventure that transcends...
