Feedback on My Recent Visit to Burger King

I recently visited one of your outlets and had a highly disappointing experience. The air conditioning wasn’t working, there was no internet connectivity, and your ordering system relies entirely on scanning a QR code—which also didn’t work due to the internet issue.

To make matters worse, staff informed me that only high-value products could be billed at the counter, and for anything else, I had to order online—something I couldn’t do without working internet or a functioning QR code.

Customers come to Burger King expecting a smooth, seamless experience, not unnecessary hurdles just to place a basic order. This visit was frustrating enough for me to decide it will be my last. I immediately walked over to McDonald’s, where the service was smooth and hassle-free.

Burger King needs to seriously reconsider its customer service and ordering policies. While having your own operational ethics is understandable, they are of little value if they leave customers irritated and...

During my recent visit i had dinner at this outlet and that also at pick time of 21:30 , but I must say that Service ,Food and Ambience was excellent. I must appreciate the efforts being put by Mr. Goopinath and his whole team are extra ordinary (Chef,order person,packing person ,Mr Goopinath himself all whomsoever who working at that time) never felt like that anything was missing or disorganised. Even at 21:30 when the outlet was near to closing time all the staff were calm and composed and very helpful to all the the customer in any manner they could help. Food served good .

I must say this is the Best Outlet of Burger King franchise or any other franchise i visited till date .

For the owner please preserve your Gems they are indeed very precious. I can say this because I have seen different franchise and restaurant fails to work so efficiently after being well set .Your outlet had maintained tremendous high standards for other .Keep it up guys great job .Keep working in...

Disappointed Experience – Burger King, Sarojni Nagar (Visited on 25th Oct 2025, around 3:45 PM)

Today I visited this Burger King outlet around 3:45 PM just to have a light evening snack and a cup of coffee. I wanted to order something from the All Day Breakfast menu since it usually offers good options even in the evening.

However, to my surprise, one of the staff members, Ms. Manhu, stopped me and said that the breakfast is available only till 11:00 AM. I mentioned that I’ve ordered the same items several times before in the evening, but she insisted, saying, “Humari manager ne bola hai koi bhi all day breakfast order na kare.”

Honestly, this was quite disappointing. As a regular Burger King customer, I didn’t expect this kind of experience. If the menu says All Day Breakfast, customers should not be refused based on unclear internal instructions. This is not how a loyal customer...
