The Burger Club — Restaurant in New Delhi

I went to Sarojini Nagar today to shop, there is this nearby food-outlet type mall in which this store is. There was this man holding brochures of the menu and selling "Veg Burger for 49 Rs. and Chicken Burger for 79 Rs. and Combo for 99". Me and my mother were hungry so we stepped in. The ambience was good for a fast food chain, quite typical and cliched though. The outlet wasn't THAT spacious, it was good to hold only 35-40 customers without any croud or chaos. But if you want to Fine Dine-In like for maybe a date, or any special occasion, trust me there are way better options. The Burger Club is more suitable for less formal and significant functions. The customer service was also okay, pretty decent. There was no permanent cashier, the one employee who entertained orders was also doing kitchen work repeatedly. The kitchen is also not in a seperate room or anything, it's just an extended room at the cashing table only. There was this one employee standing right in front of the collection table, I guess she was there to hand out orders for the sake of the customers' convenience. But poor management, whoever the manager is, needs to employ another person who will permanently take orders. Ok, the food also was pretty average, nothing special, was edible. MacDonald's is better. I asked for the 99 Rs. Combo, which was being advertised outside. The cashier said that for the combo I had to download the app and make an order or something, so this was a kinda scam. MY ONLY FAVOURITE PLACE. Kudos ! to Pradeep for the eternal smiles and extra effort he puts for customer to feel happy visiting the outlet. Sonam on counter greets really well. A good listener and a problem solver. Everybody at this particular outlet are OUTSTANDINGLY WELCOMING . Apart from that MUSIC AND AMBIENCE sets the mood Wooden decor gives peace to eyes .

My regular favourites : Crispy chicken club burger with cheese (INR 70+17) , Brown Bun (Rs 10) and extra lettuce! Mouth watering Then chicken cheesy fries (Rs 170) Overloaded cheesy fries (Rs 129) Crinkle fries plain (Rs 99) Mocacchino (hot) sugar rush! (Rs 130) Strawberry shake ummm what a delight! (Rs 130).

All excluding taxes. Remember! When you make a bill of Rs 300 add Complimentary Coolers! Mango spice / virgin mojito or my prefered - watermelon 😁

Pradeep is the heart of the outlet. Generous, humorous and humble.

The ambience was so cozy that's why I gave 5 stars to the atmosphere. It was my first time trying the burger club and probably my last as well let me tell you why. I did not like the burgers there was sauce of some kind I don't know what, which was horrible, the choco chip cookie was the worst cookie I have ever had, won't comment on the hazelnut cappuccino because I did not try it( though I got positive review), the sweet chilli fries were okay and the only thing I liked from all that I've tried was the hot chocolate (might be because it was so cold that day). Anyways, but the seating was too good and warm and so cozy, felt very welcoming. Don't even get me started on the service, I had to ask for the MILLIONTH time to get the drinks and when it arrived it was wrong!!!! Like what are the chances???
