The chai story — Restaurant in New Delhi

I recently visited The Chai Story and was pleasantly surprised by the great food and ambiance. We started with a Tomato and Basil Pasta with extra veggies, and it was fantastic! The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was flavorful with the added bonus of fresh veggies.

We also ordered a Margarita pizza, which was just okay. It lacked a bit of flavor and so what we fid is used some of the pasta as topping to make it more exciting, it made it taste good but to be honest the pizza lacked the flavour of itself it could be improved.

The drinks, however, were a highlight of the meal. The Raspberry and Lime Mocktail and Cranberry Cooler were both refreshing and delicious, and the perfect accompaniment to our meal.

The ambiance of the restaurant was quite nice and would be great for a date or a solo meal after a long day of shopping. The quiet atmosphere and comfortable seating made it a great place to relax and enjoy our food.

Overall, I would highly recommend The Chai Story for anyone looking for a delicious and relaxing dining experience. While the pizza could use some improvement, the pasta and drinks were amazing, and the ambiance is perfect for a peaceful meal alone or...

It has to be one of the worst experiences for me. Their rates are overpriced with the quality and taste of food they serve. Firstly, do not order their Taco. It's the worst Taco I ever had. And the salsa they give is no where near what the salsa should taste like. Secondly, do not order their Pasta, it is one of the worst I ever had. And maybe I haven't eaten Tacos at many places but I have eaten good and delicious ones. Other than that I am an expert when it comes to Pastas and Italian food and their pasta, it feels like they have served the ones made by Yippee and Maggi. We also made a mistake of ordering cold coffee and lime soda and man they were disaster. All the beverages they serve contain 50% ice cubes and cold coffee has no coffee in it. Lime soda is all about sugar. And a decent meal for 4 will you cost somewhere around ₹1000(~$13.33) here. Not so worthy in my opinion. A big no from my side to anyone planning to...

First of all the food is super average.. The service is very slow.. The biggest problem is the manager at the store..he will not give you back your remaining balance, even if it's a rupee it's not very professional to not return it.. Then they don't serve water in glasses, one is forced to buy a water bottle from them, which they sell ₹5 above rhe MRP and on being inquired he very sternly told me about a supreme court judgement about how cafes and restaurants can charge more than the mrp for water botttles...but won't care about the rules regarding denial of drinking water to customers..Then when I asked him for the water bottle's bill, he was so arrogant about it.. also later I realised that he didn't even give me the bill for food ( around ₹500)..Super rude and unprofessional.. probably stealing gst by not...
