Desi Zaika — Restaurant in New Delhi

Today, I went to buy 15 tawa roti, Rs.8 each, so I pay Rs.100 and Rs.100 again since it was Rs.120in total, to the counter lady. After awhile I told em to make just for 100 since it was taking time and I was so hungry needed to cook dal too. When the roti was done they refused to give 100back saying I only pay Rs.100, I feel so insulted,I have never ever cheated or lie abt anythg in my life n she keep on accusing that i only pay 100, the counter lady to whom i paid went out, hve to wait for her to be back. When She came bck the Villian lady ask and counter lady say I pay 200, still Villian lady didnt believe and check the CCTV and waste my time. I feel so angry insulted other customers were there eating too. What kind of customer service do they have!!! 0 STARS And there chicken tandoori are hardly fresh...

Ok, we ordered Biryani that took around 4 hours to reach to us although they don't have their own kitchen they work like Mediator.. as far as i am concerned with the biriyani that Was Stale. Not Edible that ₹180 waste which was charged for stale n less than 400gm biriyani (charged for 1kg) Never order food from either from swiggy, Foodpanda or else they even charge...

I never write a bad review but this is a must!

What a disgusting place and owner! The owner is a shame on humanity. Food was served literally after 1 hour. The owner was so rude to zomato folks; dint have the humanity to let me sit in their lobby while the eatary took 1 hour.

Food was pathetic. Bloody get a wash basin...
