I recently visited the chai story and had a lovely experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or spending some quiet time alone. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.

I tried the veggie delight pizza , grilled cheese sandwich, tulsi tea and it was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their coffee was rich and aromatic, just the way I like it. Prices were reasonable for the quality offered.

Visited this recently opened outlet of chai story at hauz khas today. It was a lovely visit for me. I liked their outlet as they have outdoor seats arranged under a shed. The manager and workers were very friendly and helpful. We ordered some of their dishes which included chicken and cheese pizza, nachos bhel, watermelon mojito and nutella chocolate shake. Pizza was absolutely amazing and loaded with chicken, even it's base was also perfect. Nachos bhel were presented very creatively and they were tangy in taste. Shake was the best because it was made up of my favorite nutella. The watermelon mojito was very refreshing....

I wish I could give zero star for their food and service. I ordered a cranberry cooler (mojito) and I was served green apple. They did not return it, and it wasn’t even mojito, more like the gola you find for 20 rs at gola shops. And it was a whopping 170 bucks, for some coloured water and ice. Worst experience ever.
