I recently dined at Shiv Bhojanalaya and, unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The ambiance was lackluster, with outdated decor and dim lighting that contributed to an uninviting atmosphere.

The service was incredibly slow, and it seemed like the staff was understaffed and overwhelmed. It took an excessive amount of time for our orders to arrive, and when they did, the presentation was subpar. The food lacked the freshness and flavors one would expect from a restaurant claiming to offer authentic cuisine.Moreover, the menu was limited, and the options seemed uninspired. The pricing did not align with the quality of the dishes, making the overall value for money questionable. To add to the disappointment, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired, and the restrooms were in need of attention.
