Mc.Donalds used to be something else altogether. They used to serve some good fast-food. I went there today after months (12-03-2018) and sad to write this, but things have changed drastically.

The burger & the fries tasted extremely bland. It did NOT taste how it used to earlier. Heck, their branding wasn't visible anywhere on the food items' packaging either (refer to the photos). I was sad to see this. Mc.Donalds is either shutting shop in India or they've significantly low budgets now. Either way, it is extremely disappointing.

Moreover, from what I got to learn, their breakfast menu has entirely been done away with. I mean, I was one of the breakfast-menu lovers of Mc.D. But sad to see it's gone now.

I hope all these problems are short-term and does not end up with the end of Mc.Donalds in...

I visited today at naraina MC DONALD on 24.2.2025. I m really upset the toilet was so unhygenic,muddy floor with lot of urine all around. Foul smell n i slipped .u guys are responsible for that.Pot was full of potty. Toilet seat was so dirty all black stains .it was disgusting. No tissue no toilet roll. It was very unsafe to use .anybdy can carry all kinds of infection from thr. Its not expected from a multinational world wide restaurant chain.. Atleast you shud keep ur toilet clean to maintain you BRAND VALUE.It was worst than a road side washroom. no cleaning guy was thr.look into this and take immediate action for naraina MC DONALD outlet . I hv pictures of the toilet will write complaint to the health inspector of this area that is Naraina. And will mk sure that he will take necessary action...
