I Ordered mutton roghan Josh, the curry was same to same in look and taste like that of a normal orange gravy.. I remember few days back ordering some chicken dish and that also had the same orange gravy. According to my experience I feel like that the chef makes the same gravy and then just adds boiled chicken and mutton. My and my guest's mood was absolutely spoiled seeing a orange gravy that didn't resemble the richness and taste of roghan Josh.
