It is one of the best IMAX theatre experiences in Delhi, no doubt. After this, Cinepolis DLF Avenue, PVR Premiere Select City Walk mall, PVR Luxe Vegas mall , Ambience mall Gurugram are good one though. ๐๐
This one really has a huge screen with curved display , comfortable seats and with great sound equipment. It's a historical place so you should visit this.๐๐คฉ
It is only a single screen IMAX , J row and N row is the best one. As you go inside, you will get similar facilities like a ticket booking counter, baggage counter, escalator and elevator both are available.โน๏ธ๐
Beautiful giant screens playing beautiful promos of IMAX certified movies, the washroom area is also elegantly designed. The whole ambience is definitely made for insta reels.๐๐
Water facilities are available there, if you don't have any food items in your bag then they allow you to keep it with you. The walkway gallery is filled with movie posters of bollywood and hollywood all around the world.๐ค๐
The nearest metro station is Vasant Vihar , and take an exit from Gate no-3. It's a walkable distance so don't waste your money on an e-rickshaw.๐ฝ๐
If you are on a 2 wheeler then you can park on the front gate of the area at free but it depends if you find a place for parking or not but if you are coming in 4 wheeler then there is a path on the left side of the area which leads you to the parking lot . I don't know the charges.๐ฆด๐
You will find small affordable eateries as well as expensive restaurants, food is also available inside the hall and as usual they are expensive. ๐โฅ๏ธ
Ticket prices vary from โน400- โน500 on an average , some people will think it is costly but I will tell you the facilities are according to it. Otherwise try to attend the first show of the day or from Mon - Thurs or non-holiday or if it is possible wait for 2- 3 weeks for a movie and then attend it you will get a ticket price...

ย ย ย Read morePVR Priya in Vasant Vihar is one of the most iconic and historic cinema halls in Delhi, and it holds a special charm even today. Known as one of the first multiplexes introduced by PVR, Priya has a legacy that makes it stand out from other modern theatres. Over the years, it has been renovated and upgraded, blending its old-school vibe with new-age comforts.
The seating is comfortable, the sound system is powerful, and the screen quality is crisp, which makes watching a movie here an enjoyable experience. Unlike larger malls with multiple screens, PVR Priya has a cozy, single-theatre feel that adds to its uniqueness. The audience here is usually decent, and the hall maintains a good standard of cleanliness. For those who like watching movies without the chaos of overcrowded multiplexes, Priya offers a more relaxed environment.
Another big plus is its location in Vasant Vihar, which is a well-connected and upscale area. There are plenty of cafes, eateries, and shops nearby, so you can always plan a meal or coffee around your movie outing. The ticket prices are reasonable compared to some of the newer luxury PVR formats, making it more pocket-friendly while still delivering a quality experience.
Of course, since itโs an older property, the lobby area and washrooms may not feel as spacious or modern as newer theatres, but they are maintained well enough. Parking can also be a bit tight during peak hours, so reaching a little early is recommended.
Overall, PVR Priya is not just about watching a movie โ itโs about experiencing a piece of Delhiโs cinema culture. Whether youโre a movie buff or just looking for a comfortable and nostalgic theatre experience, PVR Priya remains one of the most beloved spots to...
