I recently dined at Ghalib Kebab corner, with my friends was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The food was exceptional, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and textures. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, reflecting the dedication to quality and creativity. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the portion sizes were just right.

One of the best kebabs and food, I've ever tasted with top quality ingredients and traditional cooking. It's not a surprise to see people put excellent reviews for this small little place on Ghalib Road near the holy shrine of Hazrat Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya, revered and world renowned Sufi saint with divine healing powers.

But apart from size, nothing is small about Ghalib Kabab Corner, starting with the late founder Sheikh Hanif Qureshi Sahab whose tales of generosity and kindness are famous in the area. He started the Ghalib Kabab Corner in 1959 and was actively present till recently. His wise son Nasir Bhai and smart grandsons, twins Anas & Zain now warmly welcome you into their world of Kababs, Qorma and their big warm hearts, continuing their tradition of hospitality at its best.

We were treated like family, had more conversations than delectable food cooked with more love than best ingredients and served with even more conversations. We had biryani, seekh kababs, shaami, chicken korma, butter chicken tikka, firni, kameeri, rumali and then some home cooked secret dish only shared with family. Before we said our goodbyes, we had to insist for paying for the food, reluctantly Nasir Bhai asked us to pay an amount we are sure didn't include all that we ate. Nestled in a congested gully of Markaz Dargah road, Ghalib Corner is serving some best mughlai cuisine like Mutton Shaami Kebab, Mutton Korma, Nihari, Mutton Tikka and Chicken Seekh Kebab.

For Kebab and Tandoori lovers, this place is a paradise. Shaami has some extremely authentic taste of Ameenabad, Lucknow. It's melt-in-your-mouth varient is all what you relish to satiate your taste buds. It's mushy yet very crispy. You can eat with Rumali. I don't recommend Khameeri with Kebabs, keep it for gravy items.

Tandoori chicken is another especiality of this place. Smoked aggressively on skewers, the secret spices leave an all time memorable taste on your mind. Both Kebab and Tandoori chicken can be ordered as starter.

I ordered Mutton Tikka after Shami. Tikka of red meat depends totally upon how well the raw meat was marinated. At Ghalib, Mutton Tikka is elastic yet very smooth and crispy. The sprinkler of some rich spices makes it a delicious cuisine.
