I am traveling from Puri to Calcutta with three kids in tow. Since they were hungry and demanding pizza , we tried to order the pizza online on the way . Unfortunately this outlet became offline and we were forced to stop and visit. The staff were not helpful or cooperative. There was discount available when ordering online but we couldnt avail that as they had turned the outlet offline and did not assist us with the discount. Additionally , the cleanliness and the upkeep of the outlet is lacking . Citing covid protocols they have closed the washroom facilty for usage even though there is a proper washroom at the outlet. However No covid protocols at time of entry or otherwise. The food was good but took very long to serve . On top of that the delivery boys have no courtesy . They saw us standing near the exit and without any heed they whizzed past us on the motorbike splashing dirty water on us. Not very happy with the...

The most bad experience I have with you guys .. never expected this from a company like Domino's. The onice service you are providing is much poorer than a local shopkeeper lol🤣 Please leave the franchise if you can't handle it. My problens are

• your shop contact number will not be picked up by anyone or its always off 2 - you approve for order but deliver after 2 hour. But written will be delivered within 40min or less 3 - there will be no updates about the order 4 - manymore that If I will say it will take one hour to type

I am complaining it to your head office also please Domino's Is A Big Company if you can't give service then please leave the franchise and open a normal pizza...
