NEW SANTI HOTEL — Restaurant in Odisha

I never review any resturant. But This Place was so scummy & disgusting that I had to look up how to leave Reviews on YouTube lol.

Food: 2/10 Disgusting watered down garbage 🤮. Watery Slop with tons of vegetables.

Service: -1/10🤮 Overpriced + Understaffed Staff service is just awful, If you ask for extra Rice during day. It will arrive at night. They are really understaffed with 0 staff management and waste time shouting at each other. A single disgusting bathroom filled with rice bags and poop & other garbage.

Cleanliness: 3/10🤮 Sitting area is clean, But kitchen is disgusting with sweaty wokers with spiderwebs & food stains. They clean dishes with a single Splash of water & hope.

I have only visited this hotel once. I had ordered Bombay thali. They served Veg fried rice,dal fry,paratha,Paneer,mix veg,Bhaji,Achar,curd,Papad in the thali. And food was great.And I had a great experience here. Staffs are well mannered. I remember one of the staffs, he was so kind. I don't like curd. I always prefer sweet curd. I asked that staff casually 'brother,can I have a spoon of sugar' and one more thing, at that time they didn't have sugar in their hotel, but that brother went and bought sugar and gave me. Food quality and service is worst. Behaviour of the staff is also not good. And they use to cheat with the customers by providing poor quality food with a huge price. Worst food quality...
