Tirupati Hotel — Restaurant in Odisha

Do not go to this 3rd class hotel..Beware of these scammers..they are big time frauds..They are looting the customers straight away..The bill they charged was 4800 for 9 persons..While you're entering this 3rd class hotel they will scan you whether you're from orissa or from some other state..I am from orissa the moment we entered they started discussing that these guys are from orissa..They won't give you menu until you ask for it..now let's come to the food..it's the worst food i had in my entire life..the veg meals were ok but the extra non veg curries which we ordered with thali were worst and the prices were sky high..They are using the same base gravy for each and every items..We ordered chicken, prawns,fish,mushroom, paneer all tasted ditto same..prawns was Rs 500 for 4 pieces..it was very bad..The fish curry was smellingbad..it was fried and kept for very long i guess..everything was pretty bad actually..They gave butter chicken without butter in it..They gave papad and curd as if they were complementary but later they charged for it..nothing is complementary here..Do not go...

I visited on (12/01/24) for lunch with my family. We ordered thali and staff informed us 120 RS per thali . However, when we received the bill, we were shocked to see that the actual rate was (160), which was much higher than what was informed us. We asked the waiter to explain the difference, but he was rude and unhelpful. He said that your thali was special. He refused to honor the 120 rate or to apologize for the mistake. We felt cheated and disrespected by the restaurant. We paid the bill reluctantly and left without leaving a tip.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They have poor customer service and dishonest pricing. They should update their menu and train their staff to be more courteous and professional. I will never go back to this...

These people give incentives to drivers, so the cab drivers praise a lot of restaurants. cab drivers bring many new tourists to this place.

prices are too high as much as metro city food rates. Food quality is below average but not bad.

My experience was too bad here. They advertise as A.C. hotel and menu price is too high. but even did not switch ON A.C. initially. We asked for AC, so they moved us to other inside room, where it is filled with very bad odor. We ordered food and it did not taste good. so we came out of hotel . To my surprise, driver thali is added to my bill with out my consent.

You can find near by better restaurants at good quality and low price.

Enquire Locals but not cab drivers for good...
