I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sarovar Restaurant and staying at Sarovar Hotel in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I entered the premises, I was impressed by the warm and inviting ambiance of the place.

So I ordered 2 Cheese Sandwich via Swiggy for Rs.240 and was waiting for my ordered to be delivered since i was very much hungry. But little did i know, that i was about to be thrilled. As you can see in the images, For Rs.120 there was a 2 Layered Sandwich cut into 4 pieces and inside was merely Cheese. Straight upright, pathetic. What makes them think that anyone would buy it for Rs.120? After contacting Swiggy the team coordinated to send a replacement, but the Restaurant's number was out of reach both for them and myself. This was utterly bad, if i had to buy a Cheese Sandwich for Rs.120 why would i be so sure that it'll be filled with cheese. This is not even worth Rs.40. I can make better sandwiches than them, that too in larger quantities for Rs.240.

A zero for customer satisfaction and 1star for replacement. Not at all suggesting this hotel to anyone, when in the area. Even the local sandwich waalas make better...

Poor Hygiene and Service

I recently had the misfortune to visit this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The hotel's hygiene standards were alarmingly poor,

The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, with:

Sticky hand wash dispensers that seemed untouched for ages Taps that barely trickled water, making handwashing a challenge Toilets that were badly maintained, with visible stains and unpleasant odors

To make matters worse, the server at the restaurant was not polite or attentive, which added to the overall disappointment.

The food was average, but I couldn't finish my meal and left due to the unappetizing environment.

For a hotel to neglect basic hygiene and customer service is unacceptable.
