We all know about this place because it's famous but the reason it's famous is because the quality of the ice cream they serve us it's top notch.Perfect place to have desserts and who doesn't love one to have it anytime.

We had - Chocolate Icecream A good basic chocolate ice cream recipe is like a little black dress – everyone needs one! It’s a great ice cream by itself and because it’s not crazy rich and heavy you can add absolutely anything to it! ♥ Plus who doesn't love basic chocolate Ice cream. Every age group enjoys the ice cream and if its from Naturals they naturally enjoy it.

Ambience - We absolutely feel in love with the ambience of the icecream parlour. It's a cute with ample of sitting area with lovely lightings. Plus they recently renovated the place and the uff the lighting is way too gorgeous but not more than the ice cream.

Service - Staff and overall service was also great. They were kind and courteous. Let's dig in all the chocolate flavor today and everyday.

🌟🌟🌟🌟☆ I absolutely love Natural Ice Cream — it’s my all-time favorite! The quality, freshness, and taste are always amazing, and it’s been my go-to treat for years.

However, I want to share a small issue I’ve faced recently. Over the last 2–3 orders from the Panvel outlet, whenever I choose the cone option, the cone leaks from the bottom right after the ice cream is poured in. This has happened 4–5 times, and the ice cream starts dripping immediately, making it difficult to enjoy without a mess.
