Brewers Bay — Restaurant in Panvel

Another one of my favorite places to dine in Kharghar, Brewer's Bay offers a beautiful ambiance, great service and mouth-watering food! Must visit if you're in Kharghar!

The location is a bit off the main road, but it's no big deal. I love how the place looks from outside as well, with the clean glass panes and huge bold letters marking its name. Inside, it has a beautiful ambiance. I loved almost everything from the ceramic-like table tops to the charcoal wall with Brewer's Bay written in white highlighted by a red glow, to the bean bags upstairs. Only thing worth complaining is the lack of headroom upstairs. Amazing ambiance otherwise!

The service is nice too. It's generally not very crowded so the staff is fairly attentive, and they know what they're talking about. They're also mostly smiling. But what I didn't like is them asking for identification when using Zomato Gold. I respect their need to identify the customer, but I didn't appreciate it when they wouldn't settle for a scanned copy. Good service otherwise.

And now the FOOD. It's brilliant. Subjectively, I loved everything about the Polo Pesto pizza and the Chicken Paprika Risotto. They don't have a ginormous menu, which hints that they're great at making the small variety of dishes that they make. Everything from presentation to the texture of the food is awesome. The wood fired pizzas are a must try. Polo Pesto pizza was one of the best pizzas I've tried, period. Perfectly cooked and thin base, surprisingly easy to bite into. Flavorful and great textured cheese on top. And lots and lots of heavenly toppings! It was an ecstatic experience. And the Chicken Paprika Risotto was delish as well. Nice, mild taste with just the right amount of flavor. Great consistency and distribution of ingredients throughout. I can go on and on about the excellence of the food here.

Finally got to visit this place in the heart of khargar city. Situated right opposite to glomax mall this place is a wonderful spot to hangout or spend the evening with friends or family. The ambiance is simple yet attractive which catch my attention. It has a lot of books, games, puzzles and many more things to spend your time as you wait for the order to be served. This place is known for its coffee menu. I personally ordered Hot chocolate 5/5 Nutella shake 5/5 Peace ice tea 5/5 it had bubbles and a fruity refreshing flavour to it. Coconut Mojito 5/5 must try this fusion with superb blend. Cranberry Mojito 5/5 new fusion must try.

For starters we had, Chicken nachos 5/5 only place where nachos were served with guacamole 💯 Loaded fries 5/5 Chicken bruschetta 4/5 a bit heavy dish! Chicken popcorn 5/5 crunchy chicken popcorn with perfect dip. Cheese garlic bread 5/5 baked in a actual firewood oven this had the smokey flavour of the wood to it.

Then we had A chicken bacon burger. 5/5 heavy for one single person! Three mushroom pizza 5/5 perfect dish for the vegetarian in pizza menu to try. Chicken crunchy burger 5/5 crunchy chicken patty with salads and buns. The best thing was that the burgers were served not with the normal fries but sweet potato fries which was a great blend of taste to the dish and a healthy one.
