Dear friends. I was a frequent visitor over here and used to order a thali over here. And was always satisfied with the quality of food served here. However my recent visit just 2 days back has completely disappointed me. As usual I again ordered a thali which was pathetic. It had a cabbage and moong veg and dal and rice. Both the veggies and dal were tasteless and dal was completely watery.Also the quantity they have reduced.Also they serve chaas, which was smelling like stale. So I asked the staff about why the quality and the taste is so very bad. So instead of apologizing, he said that no it is fine. Totally disappointed. Would prefer eating on streets but would never ever visit this restaurant. And my advise is the same to everyone to avoid this restaurant atleast for a year completely. Recently visited this restaurant with family, and was disappointment with the taste of food. The service quality had deteriorated to a great extent. I had to call the waiter after just sitting there for 15 minutes. They didn't even bother to serve water. On asking for mineral water, he just gave a bottle. After waiting for another 5 to 7 minutes, had to ask for glasses. Even though the place was not crowded, the food was served after a delay of 25 to 30 minutes. They asked me to pay again because at first they didn't got the receipt from the machine. When i told them that money has been deducted from my account both the time, even when showing the messages, they refused to give me my money back. When asked for contact of the owner manager lied to me that he don't have owners number!!! Is that even possible?
