Cafe Nine — Restaurant in Panvel

Worst Cafe rules i ever listen. We friends came for the b'day party after the cake cutting. The order was placed we are eating peacefully but I think they don't like we are eating peacefully. We are having communication after so long and they r like u have anything else to order we say no then after eating we start to make reels enjoying some time then serve came and say we want to clean we all get mood off n we can't able to make reels then they turn off the ac, light and fan. I get angry and ask the owner what all this happening and she was like we don't allow guest to sit after you finish the order . She was like u also not take upto 500. It's means there no value for under 500..and she also turn off the AC,fan and light. In this cafe we don't have time for proper communication, having fun. If you want to spend some time with friends plz don't go to this cafe . The rules was unbelievable. They just like go from here you spend your maximum time according to your money WOW. The entire went happy but after this my day ...

Extremely disappointing experience. Visited Café Nine and placed an order worth over ₹500. Within just 20 minutes, the staff — including the owner — asked me to leave, saying they have a “policy” of not letting people sit beyond 20 minutes. Their exact words were:

“We can’t waste our AC on one table.”

I was shocked. There was no prior warning or mention of any time limit before taking the order. If they have such rules, they should clearly mention it upfront. Telling a paying customer to leave in 20 minutes is completely unprofessional.

Would not recommend this place to anyone who values a relaxing or respectful café experience. There are plenty of better cafés in the city that treat their customers with...

Worst cafe ever...they Don't even know how to treat their customer's ..also not at all good service and staff is horrible in behavior..I Usually Don't ever comment like this but the experience over this cafe was really disgusting . I would like to suggest them if you people are bothered by customer's sitting in your cafe over 15 mins and by placing order of minimum 300 rs. then you should Definitely shut it down coz thats what cafeterias...
