We had lunch at your restaurant today and while we were pleased with the quality and taste of the food, we were quite disappointed with the service.

We had clearly ordered 5 plain chapatis, repeating the request twice, yet we were served rotis instead. When we pointed this out, the staff member insisted that we had ordered rotis, which was frustrating. It was also noticeable that he did not write down our order, which may have contributed to the confusion.

Additionally, the service was very slow. We experienced long delays between placing our order and receiving both the starters and main course. Even when we asked for steamed rice at the end of the meal, there was an unnecessary wait.

Another issue was with the finger bowls being brought to the table while some of us were still eating. Despite being requested to wait until everyone had finished, the server brought them early again.

I recently visited Swad Veg Treat and had the pleasure of trying their Masada Dosa and coffee, and I must say it was an enjoyable experience.

The Masala Dosa was absolutely delicious! The dosa was perfectly crisp on the outside with a soft, flavorful filling of spiced mashed potatoes. The balance of spices was spot-on, and it was served with a generous portion of sambar and chutneys that complemented the dish beautifully.

The coffee was another highlight of the meal. It was freshly brewed, aromatic, and had the perfect balance of strength and creaminess. It paired wonderfully with the dosa, rounding out a satisfying meal.

I shall start from the atmosphere that is good, The location is also quite good you can park the vehicle around. Non AC and AC dining are available. I went with my family. Now it's time to review their service- service was quite pathetic I ordered everything that I needed In one go but they provided the food very late like if you are having pav bhaji after finishing your pavs you give order for another pav that will take eternal time literally more than 15-20 minutes.
