Domino's Pizza | Kharghar, Navi Mumbai — Restaurant in Panvel

I had placed an order last Monday, which was delivered later than 30 minutes. I have since called dominos mutltiple times, however these guys are not returning my money as per their policy. These guys just schedule call backs and no one calls you back. There is no initiation of funds transfer. They just keep on blabbering about callbacks but their teams are not capable of handeling customers. Did not know that neing such a big mutlinational restaurant chain, you get to just blindly promote about the policies which you never fulfil. Even the delivery guy took away my bill, just in time I had clicked a pic of it. These guys have provided me with many complaint numbers, but there's no point of it at all, since no one calls back and I don't know the status of my money, if it is being refunded or not.

Its time you manage your policies and then advertise them.

State clearly you are not capable of delivering what you promise.

What the hell should I do with all your complaint numbers, when none of your people follow up.

I think you should understand if the customer is complaining, you need to get back to him.

All the morons setting up such expectations with customers should also check if these are being fulfilled or not.

Also sending an email to you guys does nothing. You simply send out auto generated reply and nothing else. why the F* do we have feedback email address, when no one is going to reply or take actions.

Please donot make me get into legal complications now. These 200-250 rs donot matter, what matters is the policies being showcased and not...

Worst Domino's outlet till date, don't even think of going their. Extremely unhygienic place, no matter where you look it's worst. Tables are not clean, floor is dirty and list continues. I would highly recommend you please go for delivery or take away option.

3. Won't call your name/order number or serve your order, you have to go and tell them.
4. Staff don't give a dam about you.
5. Takes a lot of time to prepare your order.
6. Rude staff.
7. Won't listen to you even after you request for something they will just ignore you(I requested one of the dominos staff member please send someone to clean table that person simply nodded and walk away no response or any action at all nobody even bother to look at the table).
8. They don't even have water filter or drinking water area, you have to buy...

Worst service experienced from Kharghar sector 20 outlet, it took total of more than 2 hrs to deliver 4 pizzas and 1 garlic bread. After 1.5 hrs of order only 2 pizzas and 1 garlic bread delivered and worse part was that delivery boy was not aware of order who himself had the bill. When confronted the delivery boy gave the excuse that there were too many orders that was probably the reason for it. The pizzas delivered were cold and tasteless as well. Even the the staff at the other end of the phone didn't seem to be interested in listening or helping out. All they did was say sorry without promising anything solid. Very disappointed with the horrendous service. One of the worst ever. The orders should be checked before going out and should be delivered by an acceptable time. Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Suggest management to brief their staff, not to take order if they can't...
