Fatoush Panvel — Restaurant in Panvel

I’ve been a fan of Fatoush’s Shawarmas and Platters specially Kharghar outlet, been eating there for last 6-7 years. But the Panvel outlet is pathetic. No proper management.

1.Taking 20-30 mins to give one shawarma. When ordered Shawarma Platter they take at least 20-25 mins to serve and when served the chicken is not cooked. This has happened thrice . First time ignored it but happened again! Informed them the same and they gave reason as it is a thigh part so it is uncooked. Totally illogical reason. Been eating platters for last 6-7 years never happens at Kharghar Outlet. Fries they give with platter are always either soggy or it is fried till it gets hard. Owner not open for suggestions. Rude always. They charge higher price than the Kharghar outlet but the food quality is pathetic. Would not recommended anyone to eat at...

Okay-Okay dishes:

Seekh Shawarma(You might like it if you are looking for something which is not that masaledaar, less spicy and more of a subtle bland taste) Mexican Fries ( Fries are crispy and feels like homemade but the Mexica sauce they top it with is not sufficient, maybe giving a seperate sauce bowl and not topping it on the Fries might be a better option)

U.S.P: Multigrain bread and no maida one. It is actually very tasty.

My first visit to fatoush was really a good experience. Good food, ambience and staff.

*Second one was a horrible experience!!! Totally unprofessional staff, especially at the counter( I guess he was the manager). After giving a feedback about a particular dish the manager was giving us cash back with a gesture of "please take it and leave" (and serving staff was giggling on our face). I beleive a constructive feedback should be taken in a healthy manner.

Also served us a non-veg dish despite of ordering the veg.
