I recently visited Gupta Sandwich and was really looking forward to trying their food. However, the service was incredibly slow. I waited for 35 minutes just to be attended to, and even then, the order process felt rushed. Given the wait time, I expected some acknowledgment of the delay, but that didn’t happen.

The food itself was Good , but the poor service overshadowed the meal. If they could work on improving their efficiency, it would make the experience much better.

Suggestion: Focus on reducing wait times and enhancing customer service. Staff is very arogant
