Hotel Annapurna — Restaurant in Panvel

This is one the most pathetic hotel I have ever visited. I had ordered a boneless chicken biryani and when I received the order I felt as if the cook re cooked a fried rice adding little masala and served it to me. The biryani was not at all spicy and the rice tasted more like a chopper rice. My colleagues also didn’t like what they ordered. They also took almost 30 mins to serve the order. Finally, I order a masala chas and I was told it will take time so I had to cancelled the order. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel unless they want to burn...

Not at all suggested to any one, 1st and important thing in hospitality industry is your behaviour towards coustomer, Behaviour of owner and staff is as rude as possible, food quality is not maintained at all , Cold food is served, specially Roti.
