Highway Break, Kharghar — Restaurant in Panvel

Had been Der for a family birthday celebration.. preferred highway break as it is new n nearby to my place so wanted to give it a try.. after reading other comments was worried whether v hav taken a right decision or not but trust me it did not disappoint me but has made it in my fav restaurants list.. This restaurant is inside sec 10 Kharghar facing towards highway the restaurant has two themes one is palace theme n another is forest theme the palace theme is royal with chandelier and excellent interiors whereas the forest theme is almost like Rainforest.. it also has a separate family room for around 20 ppl .. Now speaking about food we had ordered mocktails like strawberry surprise Caribbean sunset butterscotch caramel shake virgin Mary all of these vr awesome but da best was Caribbean sunset🍸🍹 n for da starters v had ordered non veg platter masala papad n chana koliwada the quantity was Gud all was yum😍 as v r half full decided to go for da main course v ordered mutton bhuna prawns khadai wit garlic naan n rice. The combination of Mutton curry which was best with garlic naan n prawns was best with rice than naan n last for desserts v h decided to go with shahi tukda n and zabra but Der was no dessert available from da list 😖. Asking for da reason da waiter said as it's a new restaurant v not yet started wit it finally we went for matka kulfi which did not disappoint us .. the courtesy of da waiters were Gud Overall I would giv dis a 5/5 cus it was a memorable n amazing...

One of the excellent restaurant on Mumbai Pune Highway, near Kharghar, New Mumbai was our stop for dinner few months back, when we were travelling to Mumbai International Airport.

The restaurant is very conveniently located just on the outskirts of Mumbai (at Kharghar), so that one can easily stop at restaurant for lunch or dinner without taking a big detour.

Ambiance of hotel was superb and very inviting. Though it was a week day and just 800 pm late evening, entire ground floor restaurant hall was jam packed with guests enjoying food. As ground floor hall was packed, we sat on first floor open to sky restaurant.

The restaurant seems to be popular for non veg food and hence almost every table had variety of non-veg dishes and their was a thick aroma of non-veg (typical aroma one gets  of tandoori chicken when one passes by a tandoori non-veg restaurant).

It seems hotel decor was typical muslim style and hence I think owner is from muslim community.

However, entire atmosphere was very inviting and definitely for a foodie and especially for person who cherished non-veg.

Restaurant had a vast non-veg menu, but limited veg menu. Non-veg dishes were too good and too tasty. Even veg dishes were tasty, but thick aroma of non-veg and tandoori dishes, put off some of the die hard vegetarians in our group (who decided to stand outside and had food at another nearby place serving veg food without...

Its located on Mumbai Pune highway. Its on the service road towards kharghar Railway Station. The ambience in very good. Its a two storay dinning place. It is exclusive dinning place. The ground floor is designated as a cool seating dinning place. The firsf floor is theme based dinning place. The entry itself reminds a cace kind mainly those who have visited Ramoji film city bogasura or similar in essel world or other theme parks. Its maintained well gives a very comfortable feeling. The inside decoration is also attractive. Its a forest theme more like a cave. Seating is comfortable. The reservation is better if visting after 8 am. The food manu is offering several non veg choices. A bit expensive but considering the exclusive ambience rates are ok not too high. There are choices from fish, mutton and chicken. Service is good. Food taste is very good. Quantity is also good. Quality no problem. Its a good place for celebrating birthdays or any other occasion in group. Washrooms are clean but most of the time one need to be in que. Parking is available opposite to restaurant but becomes difficult to remove the car as bikes are park at the parking entrace.
